Swinburne University of Technology has been ranked in the world’s top 300 universities in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2026, maintaining its strong position among top global institutions.
Swinburne has maintained a strong Research Quality score of 91.4. Swinburne has built on its strong international reputation for producing high-quality, impactful research, with recent initiatives like the Swinburne Talented Researcher Scheme (STaRS). This strong result demonstrates the university’s commitment to research that addresses real-world challenges and delivers tangible benefits to communities.
